Who we are

GmailRental is an independent shop. It is not Google, is not affiliated with Google, and is not approved or sponsored by it. "Gmail" and "Google" in our name and listings only describe the logins rented here.

What a rental is

Use of a login for the term its listing states. Most are Google logins on a custom domain; some are mailboxes on other mail domains. The domain owner keeps control of the login throughout, and you do not acquire ownership of it at any point.

The term

• The term starts at delivery, not at your first sign-in.
• When it ends, the login may be switched off or deleted without notice, together with its mail and files.
• A term cannot be extended on the same login. Saving your data before the end is your responsibility.

Payment and delivery

You pay the full amount at checkout. The login details are shown on your order page once the payment is confirmed.

Permitted use

• No spam, phishing, fraud, harassment or other unlawful activity.
• Google may ask any login to verify again or disable it, and its terms apply to your use.
• Do not store anything on a rented login that you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

Our liability for a rental is a replacement or a refund as set out in the Refund Policy, capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Updates

When these terms are revised, the date at the top of the page changes.
