It applies to GmailRental and to every rental ordered here.
What we keep about you
The email address you check out with, the tickets you open, and a short technical log of each visit: IP address, browser and time. We have no reason to know your own Google account and will never ask you for it.
What we keep about a rental
The listing and its term, the quantity, the amount, the payment result sent by the payment provider, and the login details we delivered (address, password, backup email where there is one). Card and wallet data stay with the payment provider.
Why
To hand over the login, to match a ticket against what was delivered and when, to answer you, to stop fraud and to keep the books.
Who else sees it
The companies that run payment, hosting and email for us, and only for those jobs. Personal data is never sold.
Cookies
Only the ones sign-in, the cart and checkout need. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long, and your requests
Delivered login details are kept until no warranty claim on the order is possible; order and payment records for the period accounting law sets; visit logs for a short time. Write to us through the Contact page, from your order email, to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.
